There is no place on earth that is quite like Alaska. There are so many things to see and do here that it is difficult to figure out where to start. Alaska is the largest state and has several distinct regions. The most populated area is the South Central part of the state, which includes Alaska’s largest city (Anchorage), and the Matanuska and Susitna Valleys. In an area of 24,682 square miles (or about the size of the state of West Virginia) in the Mat-Su Borough you can fish, hunt, and snowmobile, go hiking or boating and still be close to home.

The Mat-Su Valley area has a population of nearly 80,000 and it is the fastest growing area in Alaska. An easy commute to Anchorage and generally lower real estate prices makes this a desirable area for home buyers. The growth is steady and the future is bright with a new hospital, new schools under construction and new highways on the drawing board. Things are happening quickly these days with new retail outlets going up in the Wasilla area and many new homes being added to the local market.

The Valley has a good mix of residential, commercial, and recreational properties, which means that there really is something for everyone in this fast growing Alaskan community. Come, join us in your great Alaskan Adventure!
